Mom, it was good to start my day with a chat with you. You asked where we put Twyla … well, here is a photo. The view out the window is now of a giant white thing rather than a picturesque old barn but we’re happy she’s there. It was tricky! I don’t think she’s going off this mountain until we leave for good!

Ourhousehaswheels.com is blank as of yet but we’re on the road (so-to-speak) to a new website. In the meantime, meet the new rig… Rocky the truck, Shelly the camper and Twyla the trailer. We spent our first night (pre-Twyla) alongside the Klamath. How fitting! We’re currently “camped” at McAvoy Meadow Ranch, once again taking advantage of Helen and Bob’s hospitality and learning how it all works. Outside it is raining (we ARE in Oregon afterall) but I’m cozy inside Twyla. When it clears, IF it clears, there are lambs and kids to photograph and enjoy. Stay tuned … (it didn’t clear but here is an updated slideshow with some of Helen’s photos added.)
Am I a bad sister for sending you pictures of MY favorite flower for your birthday? My lilac bush is blooming! I took this picture and then brought the clusters in the house. They are sitting right next to me and they smell soooo good! I wish you were here to enjoy them with me and I hope you have (had) a wonderful day!
